Behind the Project: G100 Export Limitation Control Panel

When a renewable asset generates more than the grid can accept, the system must know precisely when to hold back. For a recent G100 installation we delivered, we engineered a solution that keeps export precisely within agreed limits, while retaining the intelligence the site depends on. The G100 control panel at the centre of this build governs that export limitation, responding to shifting demand with the speed and precision critical infrastructure requires. Within the enclosure, components from Siemens, Teltonika, WAGO, Weidmuller, PULS, Fibox, Ensto, and ICP-DAS come together as one cohesive system, while Juggle Energy's J-Box brings intelligent energy tracking, carbon reporting, and export monitoring into the fold, maximising self-consumption and keeping costs firmly in check.
