When a hospital commits to decarbonisation, every piece of equipment must be not only safe and reliable, but also remotely monitorable within a cyber-secure framework. That’s exactly why this customer turned to PAD Technology.
We were asked to design and build a robust distribution board that could sit at the heart of their critical infrastructure. We delivered a floor mounted Rittal GRP enclosure, with a 500A 4 Pole MCCB feeding two 250A 36kA TP outgoing MCCBs. A dedicated comms section brings together the HMI, Ziehl G99 relay, J-box datalogger, and Teltonika network switch, creating a seamless link between physical power and digital oversight.
While a Siemens 4 pole MCCB and 250A inverter, a PULS power supply PSU, Sifam Tinsley generation meter, Siemens LOGO! PLC and ICP-DAS Modbus gateway work together seamlessly. This is a clean, integrated approach to real world energy management in the places that need it most.
