Returns Policy

At Pad Technology, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our returns policy is designed to help you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.
  • Condition: Item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Proof of Purchase:  A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a 20% restocking fee against the value of the goods will be applied, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@padtechnology.co.uk and wait for a response prior to sending your item. See contact page for address.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
