The Schneider Electric NSYPLA1053G is a compact floor-standing GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) enclosure, purpose-built for demanding industrial environments where a lower overall height is required. Part of the trusted Thalassa PLA range, this 1000mm high, 500mm wide, and 320mm deep cabinet offers a space-efficient footprint – perfect for under-bench installations, low-ceiling plant rooms, or applications where a 1250mm enclosure would be too tall.

With an IP65 ingress protection rating, this enclosure is completely dust-tight and water resistant.

Designed for straightforward access with a single door. The 500mm wide NSYPLA1053G features a single, full-width plain grey door. This provides unobstructed access to the entire cabinet interior – there is no central post to remove or work around. The compact dimensions make it ideal for single-column DIN rail layouts, narrow service passages, and retrofit projects where both height and floor space are limited.
