Heavy-duty GRP protection for critical electrical systems.
The Schneider Electric NSYPLA12104G is a robust floor-standing GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) enclosure, purpose-built for demanding industrial and infrastructure environments. As part of the trusted Thalassa PLA range, this cabinet offers outstanding resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and weathering, making it a superior choice where mild steel enclosures would fail.
With an IP65 ingress protection rating, this enclosure is completely dust-tight and water-proof.
Key Features & Benefits:
Durable GRP Construction: Lightweight yet exceptionally strong. GRP will not corrode like steel, ensuring a long service life in harsh, humid, or chemical-laden environments.
High Ingress Protection: Rated IP66 (IP65 on this specific model - please verify from datasheet), making it dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets. Suitable for washdown areas and outdoor use.
Double Plain Grey Doors (RAL7035): The 1000mm wide enclosure comes with two 500mm doors, finished in industrial standard RAL7035 light grey.
Integrated Locking System: The 3-point locking mechanism secures both doors. The central post can be removed temporarily for easy equipment access.
Versatile Application: Perfect for housing electrical components, control systems, instrumentation, communication equipment, and main switchgear.
Not Included:
