The Schneider Electric NSYPLA553G is a compact floor-standing GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) enclosure, designed for smaller industrial applications where space is limited but you still need IP65-rated protection. Part of the trusted Thalassa PLA range, this 500mm x 500mm cabinet offers a space-efficient footprint with a 320mm depth – perfect for single-component protection, local control points, or distributed I/O stations.

With an IP65 ingress protection rating, this enclosure is completely dust-tight and water resistant.

Designed for straightforward access with a single door. The 500mm wide NSYPLA553G features a single, full-width plain grey door that provides unobstructed access to the entire cabinet interior. There is no central post to work around – simply open the door to access all your components.

Important depth note: Due to the 320mm depth, please verify that your components will fit. This enclosure is best suited for standard industrial control components. It is not suitable for deep VSDs, large contactors, or components requiring significant rear clearance without checking dimensions first.
