PAD1004P

The PAD1004P is a 100A 4-pole isolator switch system designed for industrial and outdoor applications, combining the durability of a Fibox ARCA cabinet, the reliability of an ABB isolator switch, and the expert construction by PAD Technology.

Mainly used in electrical distribution or industrial environments, the PAD1004P is designed to safely disconnect power during maintenance or repairs, ensuring secure and efficient operation.

The Fibox ARCA cabinet, constructed from rugged UV-resistant polycarbonate, features:

• IP66 and IK10 protection ratings for superior dust, water, and impact resistance
• Fire resistance (UL 94-5VA) and electrical isolation up to 1500 Vdc
• Light Grey RAL 7035 finish, halogen-free, UV-resistant, and chemically resistant
• 120° door opening, pre-formed fixing studs, and a declined base for improved weatherproofing
• Double-bit locking with changeable inserts, mounting pods, and a wide PUR gasket for high-quality sealing
• Special moulded rib design and double corners for added stability

The integrated ABB 4-pole isolator switch includes:

• 100A operating current and 37kW power rating for high-power machinery
• High 8kV rated impulse withstand voltage and low power loss per pole (4W)
• Mechanical durability rating of 20,000 cycles and screw terminals for secure connections
• 750V AC voltage rating and IP20 protection against solid objects larger than 12mm
• Compatible with a 290mm ABB shaft for deep-mounted switch disconnector units
