This control unit from PULS allows simple configuration of an uninterrupting current supply with 24V DC power supply (e.g.B. Pulse-DIMENSION series) and a UPS battery module. Equipped with diverse protection/service and monitoring functions for reliable and long operation of all integrated components. This device avoids expensive downtimes, long restart cycles, and loss of data. The DC-UPS includes a professional battery management system that charges and monitors the battery to achieve the longest battery service life, as well as, many diagnostic functions that ensure the reliable operation of the entire system. A unique feature of the UB10.241 is it requires only one 12V battery to buffer the 24V output. This makes matching batteries unnecessary and allows precise battery charging and testing. The UB10.241 comes with two preassembled battery modules for the external 12V battery, a lightweight 7Ah battery that can be mounted on the DIN-Rail, and a 26Ah module that can be panel mounted for longer buffer times.

Features include: worldwide access pack, one integrated 12V battery is enough for buffering of 24V DC, stable output voltage in buffer mode and adjustable buffer-time.
